What does a typical work day in your life look like?
Starting at 7am, opening emails and making the most important beverage of the day, the first coffee. Day-to-day I am organizing meetings, scheduling our client onboarding, hosting training seminars, troubleshooting problems, and developing strong customer relationships. If we have an office dog in for the day, I need to make sure not to forget their pats :)
What do you most enjoy about the work that you do?
My role is different depending on the day, being a part of a smaller team leaves a lot of opportunities to gain new skills by jumping on to different projects/areas of the business. I thoroughly enjoy connecting with clients and finding solutions for their problems. Our clients are an essential part of our growth, innovation and success and I enjoy being in a ’customer-first' business, which continues to nurture and develop relationships with our customers.
What are your hobbies?
Outside of work I love to get out about in nature and any activity outdoors, like hiking, mountain climbing, swimming, and travelling – except if they are lizards (they freak me out!)
What volunteering or passion projects do you do outside of work?
My roommate and I are currently fostering rescue dogs, which is a great project on paper but the giving the dogs back part has been proving quite difficult!
