We've introduced several key updates to enhance your experience with Alii:  

New Supplier Onboarding Form: Simplifying the process of adding new suppliers, making it quicker and more efficient for your business operations.  

Staff Reimbursements Module Enhancements: Improvements to ensure a smoother process for reimbursing your staff, enhancing both user experience and operational efficiency.  

Invoice Exception Queue Visibility: We've prioritised an update to offer complete transparency on all invoices undergoing manual validation, allowing for better tracking and management.

Paperly

We are pleased to announce our newest partnership with Paperly, one of the leading Administration Management Systems.  Paperly provides modules to fill the gaps left by your school's SMS, including Excursion Management, Sports Management, Co-curricular, Peripatetic Music, Online Store, Digital Forms, Calendars and more.

This collaboration fortifies Alii's commitment to simplifying your accounts payable, by integrating Paperly's customisable modules to take the pressure off your everyday financial tasks.

As part of our commitment to your success, we are building a dedicated team to work closely with you, ensuring you get the most out of our platform. Please welcome the first member of the CSM team, Eileen.

With over 10 years of industry experience, we are so excited to welcome Eileen as Alii's first Customer Success Manager. Eileen comes with a wealth of experience in the education sector after previously working at Synergetic and Operoo as a CSM. With formal qualifications in both IT and Teaching, Eileen has a unique insight into challenges faced in the school environment.
