We developed 30 new features and over 200 improvements across the Alii application

The infusion of 30 new features and over 200 improvements, including the introduction of Alii's invoice genie, new dynamic dashboards and more, speaks to our dedication to staying ahead of the curve in the dynamic landscape of digital applications. We've integrated more intelligent features that allow users to get more out of their day without being weighed down by manual processing tasks. As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our gratitude to our users for their valuable feedback, which has played a pivotal role in shaping Alii into the versatile and powerful application it is today. We expanded our support functionality
We've made significant strides in enhancing our support services at Alii in 2023. Our support functionality has seen substantial expansion to ensure users receive top-notch assistance. We also added the addition of a comprehensive knowledge base serves as a valuable resource for our community, offering a wealth of insights and solutions. To cater to diverse learning preferences, we've introduced informative support videos and engaging live graphics. Live chat has been seamlessly integrated for real-time assistance, meeting the evolving needs of our users, and, as a testament to our commitment, we've tripled our team, bringing in more skilled individuals dedicated to providing exceptional support.
We onboarded more clients than ever before in record timing
This year has been truly remarkable for us as we've welcomed several organisations across the country, including expansion and onboarding of clients in New Zealand. We implemented new environmental initiatives

This year we have forged new partnerships and integrations with technology and solutions leaders including FACTS, Reckon, Veracross, Findex and Crowe as well as continued collaborations with service providers Synergetic, TASS, Xero, and MYOB and more, we strive to continue to partner with leading solutions to provide streamlined integrations and support to existing processes.
We uncovered the top stats about the state of digitisation in schools
We conducted a survey in collaboration with AH Digital Consulting, Cole School Experts, FACTS, Precision Management Accounting, RTG and TASS about the current state of digital transformation in education and found some intriguing findings. Imagine this: a mere 8% of finance staff believe their School Management Systems (SMS) are hitting the high notes, meeting all their admin and financial needs. On the flip side, in the realm of Business Managers, a whopping 50% see excessive workloads and pesky legacy systems as the top challenges in our schools. These insights showed us the pressing need for a dynamic digital evolution to propel schools into a more streamlined and efficient era.
